90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
You have 90 days from the day you receive your order to request a refund. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we'll refund 100% of the product price. No questions asked.

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at andmon257@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
3. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.

RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Please include your order number inside the package.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you received the wrong design, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to pay for return shipping.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

EXCHANGES
Want a different design? Contact us and we'll help you swap it.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before they are processed and shipped.
